LVDialer™ Software - Dialer Card HMI
LVDialer™ is the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) alarm software located on the hard drive of the
System Control Computer (SCC). It is also the user interface to the optional Synthesized Voice Dialer card
and an alarm indicator for the handshaking of other functions of the SCADA system software. DFA developed the LVDialer™
software using National Instruments, LabVIEW®, a leading industry standard
process control language.
Some features of the LVDialer™ software:
- Hidden Menu provides access to the phone list setup, phone list editor, dialer ring settings and other operating settings.
- Current Phone Number Dialed - If the Dialer is active, the current phone number being dialed is displayed
instead of DFA's name on the face of the above software screen.
- Dialer Status is the phone icon on the face of the software screen. When the Dialer is active and on-line, the
phone receiver will be off-hook. When the Dialer is off-line, the phone receiver is on the hook as displayed.
- Number of Active Alarms - The Dialer card holds 2 lists each of 8 numbers. These are referred to as 'List 1' and 'List 2'.
The number of active alarms in each of these lists is displayed on the face of the software screen.
